In these times of uncertainty, the safety and wellbeing of our guests remains our top priority. In response to COVID-19 and in compliance with all government recommendations and orders, Casamar will remain temporarily closed until our intended reopening on Monday, June 1st.
In the meantime, we have been strictly following the guidelines of the World Health Organization (WHO) and taking precautionary measures concerning the pandemic.
Our mission is to make hotel travel possible for all, and that becomes especially important during times of unpredictability.

Further to the ongoing developments of the COVID-19 crisis, we have implemented an updated cancellation policy to provide our guests with increased flexibility, we have a full refund policy, and you can change your dates or cancel your stay without a fee.
For the time being, we make every possible effort to keep you informed and to provide you with the level of service that you require so that you can manage your bookings and plan around these unforeseen circumstances.

Have there been any cases of COVID-19 registered at the hotel?

No, there haven’t been any cases in our hotel nor in the surrounding area to date.

What’s the hotel doing to protect employees and guests ?

In compliance with the government’s orders and WHO’s recommendations, the hotel has accrued cleaning protocols with the appropriate sanitizing products including but not limited to frequent cleaning of all common areas and surfaces. The hotel staff wears masks for the moment, and social distancing is carefully practiced at the hotel.

In case I have to cancel or change my reservation, what is the policy?

We understand that these are uncertain times. Casamar has a full refund policy. You can change your dates or cancel your stay without a fee.

Is the Casamar Café open?

Yes, it is open until 1pm with freshly prepared dishes.

Are there complimentary yoga classes for guests?

Our open air common space for yoga classes is very spacious. We are offering our complimentary yoga classes for guests where everyone has plenty of space.

Can I bring my pet?

Yes, Casamar is pet-friendly. We accept pets with a fee.
