Reservation Policy and Deposit Requirements
Upon making a reservation we will charge your credit card a deposit of 50% to guarantee the reservation.* The remainder of the balance will be charged to the same credit card when you check-in, unless given another form of payment upon arrival. We recommend making reservations well in advance. You may book online or alternatively by phone or email, call or email to authorize a credit card transaction for deposit; please confirm card number, expiration date, name as it appears on card, amount to be charged and the security code on the back of the card.
• Securing a reservation with your deposit means you accept the terms and conditions of our Cancellation Policy.
• 50% of the total stay amount is required to hold a reservation. No refund in case of cancellation.
• The remaining 50% is due at check in for all stay lengths, from 1 night to 3 months. In case of early departure, no refund will be issued.
*Holiday rates from from December 17th, 2016 until January 9th, 2017 and March 31 until April 16, 2017: Upon making a reservation during these dates, we will charge your credit card 100% cost of the total stay to guarantee the reservation. No refunds will be issued for these dates.• A 3-night minimum stay is required for dates from March 31 until April 16, 2017 and a 5-night minimum stay is required for dates from Dec. 17-Jan. 9, 2017.

Check in/out Times
Check in time is at 1:00 PM. Check out time is 11:00 AM (if rooms are available, we will be happy to register you earlier.) Upon check in your credit card will be authorized for the remaining balance due.
If your room is not available before check-in, then we can put your luggage off to the side and you may use the pool or TV room while you wait.
If your suite is reserved, then we require that you check out by 11:00 am so that we can clean the suite. However, you are welcome to continue using the pool and gardens for the remainder of the day if you are waiting for a plane or bus, and you can store your luggage in the reception area or TV room.
Special Requests & Comments
Please be informed that we do our utmost to fulfill your requests, but we cannot guarantee room locations or bedding until day of arrival. If changes are necessary, you will be refunded any price difference, or if you are upgraded, then you will not be charged for this upgrade.
We do an inventory of the suite the day of your arrival and after your departure. If we find that anything is lost/stolen/broken then we reserve the right to charge your credit card for the replacement of any goods missing. We are very friendly and understanding, so we recommend communicating directly with us if you lost something or if something in your room is not working right.
